True Line Train paint is blended by the RPM corporation to our strict standards and is consistent from batch to batch.

  

Our paints are 100% acrylic, water-soluble and readily clean up with water.  During our extensive product research, these colours were matched with original paint samples and have received the blessing of those in the hobby with a discriminating eye and historical knowledge - we insisted on getting the colours correct! With an ever expanding list of CANADIAN colours to choose from, we are sure that you will find what you are looking for.

For best results, we recommend using the True Line primer and paint thinners – while others may work, we have not tested them with our products.

True Line paints are airbrush ready straight from the bottle. Thinning the paint is only recommended for special applications (fancy way of saying ‘personal tweaking’) OR if the bottle has been opened repeatedly and my need a few drops of thinner to loosen it up.  We can recommend spraying at about 25 psi, but depending on your set-up and humidity, you may wish to cut back or bump up your psi.  We also recommend using an acrylic primer base.  That’s it!  Enjoy straight from the bottle and leave the nasty, messy clean-up for somebody else.
